From a young age, I knew I experienced the world differently. Feelings, visions, whispers, and impressions came to me in ways that couldn’t be explained. Over time, I discovered that these were not just fleeting moments, they were gifts meant to help others find healing, peace, and connection.

I am a natural-born evidential empath, medium, and psychic, carrying six of the nine “Claires”:

Clairsentience - clear feeling

Claircognizance - clear knowing

Clairalience - clear smelling

Clairempathy - clear emotion

These abilities allow me to bridge the gap between the seen and unseen, offering guidance, insight, and reassurance from Spirit.

Some people have come to call me The Reluctant Prophet because, truthfully, I didn’t set out to do this work, it called to me. And now, with gratitude and humility, I walk this path in service to Spirit and to those who are guided to me.

MY FIRST GLIMPSE BEYOND THE VEIL

I was born with a challenge: One leg shorter than the other. By the age of two, I was placed in a full body cast after doctors tried to fix my right leg. Because of this, much of my early life was spent in a crib, too heavy for my mother to carry. I didn’t take my first steps until I was seven years old.

But while my body faced limitations, my spirit was wide open. At the age of four, I had my very first experience with Spirit. I saw my grandmother standing in a black gown in the doorway of the basement kitchen. I remember it as clearly today as if it happened yesterday.

When I told my family, they didn’t take me seriously but moments later, my grandfather also saw his beloved wife in Spirit. He called out her name, overwhelmed with emotion. Just two weeks later, he passed away from a broken heart.

That moment marked the beginning of my journey.

Not long after, I began experiencing visions. One day, I saw my mother in the backyard, and in a flash, I had a vision of an axe falling toward her neck under the grapevine. I screamed, and in that exact moment, my mother turned her head and thankfully, the axe missed her. That prophetic vision was the first of many gifts to come.

If your children ever tell you they see something or mention “invisible friends”, please don’t dismiss them. They may be seeing relatives or Spirit helpers. Children are often more open to the unseen, and those moments are sacred.

From those early experiences, I came to understand that Spirit had chosen me to be a bridge between worlds. Over time, this connection expanded, not just with people, but also with animals.

I discovered that I could hear and sense the voices of beloved pets, both here and in Spirit. Animal communication became another path of healing, offering comfort to those grieving their companions and insight into the souls of the creatures we share this world with.

This journey also turned me inward. Through meditation, past life regression, and deep spiritual practices, I learned how to journey within—to uncover the soul’s history, heal from old wounds, and rediscover the gifts and wisdom carried across lifetimes. That inward path continues to guide me, showing that the greatest connection with Spirit often begins in the quiet chambers of the heart.

Now, I share these abilities—spirit communication, animal communication, past life regression, and the inward journey—to help others discover, trust, and develop their own gifts.

MY DIVINE ENCOUNTER WITH ARCHANGEL MICHAEL

I remember it as if it were yesterday, April 1993. While resting in my bed, I was startled by a figure at the end of my bed. At first, I thought it was Christ. I even asked, “Are you in the right house?” But there was no reply.

Then he appeared: Archangel Michael. Towering in presence, clothed in a simple brown robe, with immense wings that stood motionless in my small Freeport coop.

Suddenly, I saw a group of people in white robes with red sashes, forming what I can only describe as God’s Aisle. They parted reverently, leaving space for him to walk down the middle. He moved slowly, deliberately, and with each step, his wings unfurled majestically. I stood transfixed, watching every detail as though time itself had slowed.

Then, in an instant, Archangel Michael lifted me up and placed me on the stage of an amphitheater. He gazed deeply into my eyes and then everything went dark.

I was told I must become a minister, because otherwise, no one would believe the gifts I had been given.

From that moment, my sight expanded. I began to see Spirit and visions even with my eyes closed. This was only the beginning of my visitations with Christ.

Years later, during my final year in seminary, I had another extraordinary encounter:

In the summer of 2002, while in Idaho, Jesus appeared to me. He showed me who the new Pope would be after Pope John’s passing and it came to pass exactly as revealed.

He also gave me a vision of a Buddhist ceremony that later unfolded with the Master himself.

He calls me fondly, “The Laughing Buddha—the one who sits at the gates of Heaven.”

Since then, my gift has deepened. I have been shown the past, the present, and the future. I have experienced remote viewing and visions of past lives.

And it all began the night Archangel Michael lifted me up.

WALKING THE LABYRINTH:

A PATH OF CLARITY AND REBIRTH

There is a place that has always felt remarkable to me: The labyrinth. Each time I walk one, I feel as though I’m stepping into a living meditation. The winding path represents life, death, and resurrection, and with each turn I shed a little more of what I no longer need. By the time I reach the center, it feels like arriving at the heart of myself.

There, in the stillness, I pray or ask a question. Without fail, my higher self responds. The walk back feels lighter, as if I’ve been reborn with a new sense of clarity and peace. For me, labyrinths are more than stone paths—they are spiritual journeys, reminders that every ending leads to a new beginning.

THE JOURNEY FROM OVERWHELMED TO EMPOWERED

Being both an Empath and a Medium has been one of the greatest challenges of my life. For years, I struggled to make sense of what I was experiencing. As a nurse, I would hear things, see things, and feel things that others couldn’t or wouldn’t understand.

The turning point came when I reached out for help and found like-minded people who didn’t judge me. Instead, they encouraged me to trust myself and my gifts. Surrounding myself with good, supportive people lifted my self-esteem and gave me the courage to keep going.

Of course, being an empath means I’m constantly bombarded with energy from people, places, pets, even the environment. For a while, it felt impossible to manage. But then I learned how to protect and balance myself with a technique I call the “blue bubble.” It changed everything. Now I share it on my YouTube channel so others can learn to create healthy energetic boundaries too.

Through this journey, I realized that being an empath doesn’t mean I have to avoid people. It means I had to learn how to manage the flow of energy, rather than be consumed by it. Along the way, Spirit taught me to notice the signs, to trust the visions, and to journal my premonitions and their outcomes, each one helping me fine-tune my gifts.

As a spiritual life coach and mentor, I use what I’ve learned to help others who might feel as lost as I once did. No one should have to walk this path alone. If Spirit entrusted me with these challenges, it was so I could walk beside others on their own journey and remind them they’re never as alone as they feel.
