Service #1: Readings (20–60 min, special pricing until Sept 5th, 2025).

Service #2: Intuitive Energy Field Reading and Chakra Clearing.

Service #3: Individual Spiritual Coaching Sessions (Zoom/Facetime).

Service #4: Business, Career, and Life Coaching.

Specific details, timelines, and deliverables of each service are described on our website or agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

All fees for services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All sales are final. We maintain a strict no refund policy. Reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session is forfeited without credit or refund.

5. DISCLAIMER

You must be 18 years of age or older to call.

Any advice or guidance you receive is not a substitute for professional advice that you would normally receive from a licensed professional such as a doctor, psychologist, lawyer or financial consultant. Rev. Angela will be held harmless and is not responsible for any interpretation made or used by the recipient of the information or any form of advise.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, content, and methods used by Rev. Angela Heil Medium remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal purposes.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes personal stories, spiritual messages, business strategies, and other proprietary information not publicly known.

However, with the client’s verbal consent, Rev. Angela Heil may record a reading or session for educational or promotional purposes, such as YouTube content. Clients are never recorded or shared publicly without their clear agreement in advance.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rev. Angela Heil Medium will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability will never exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Rev. Angela Heil Medium harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or any breach of these Terms.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any linked websites and do not endorse them.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to correct it within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become payable immediately.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, NY.
